What are your check-in times?

The room is guaranteed from 2.00 pm

What if I arrive before 2.00 pm?

If the room is already ready we will give it to you immediately (for no additional charges) otherwise you can deposit your bags and use all our hotel services.

What are your check-out times?

The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. but you may leave the luggage in our storage during your departure day.

Does the hotel I have a swimming pool?

Yes, Ferretti Beach has a large swimming pool where you can dive in during the hottest summer days. A large area with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation surrounds the pool.

What types of rooms are available?

Our rooms may accommodate from 1 to 4 people and offer the following options: double room for single use, double room, triple and quadruple room with bunk beds. Standard, Executive, mezzanine and seafront, choose on our website the room you prefer.

Who should I contact for beach umbrellas and sunbeds?

You can contact the lifeguard directly or choose the All Inclusive formula and pay directly at the hotel.

From what time is the restaurant open?

Breakfast 7.00 am – 10.00 am – Lunch 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm – Dinner 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm

Are there any provisions for special dietary needs?

It is important to specify them when booking. Then together with our kitchen staff we work on providing the most suitable menu.

If I need a doctor?

You may go to the doctor on duty at the clinic, otherwise the doctor is ready to come to the hotel 24/7. Payment is made directly to the doctor.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash up to the amount legally permitted. In addition to this amount you may pay with Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

What if I need an invoice?

Please notify us at the time of booking and provide us with your fiscal data. In case of deposit it is absolutely mandatory

Is there a night porter?

The hotel is under surveillance 24/7

Are pets welcome?

Yes, small and medium sized, but they can not enter the restaurant and the pool. They are welcome on the beach and there is plenty of space around the hotel where they can run and have fun safely.

Does Rimini require tourist tax payment?

Yes, for 4-star hotels it amounts to € 2.50 per person per day, it must be paid locally and in cash.

WHO SHOULD PAY

  • The tourist tax is applicable to all those who stay in accommodation facilities within the Municipality of Rimini, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
  • The tax is applicable even when the cost of the guest’s stay is covered by the Municipality of Rimini.

WHO IS EXEMPT

  • Residents of the Municipality of Rimini;
  • Those who make use of accommodation facilities without staying overnight (“day-use”);
  • minors up to the age of 14;
  • Under-age children, from the second on, if they are staying with their parents only during the months of June, July and August. Children who have not yet turned fourteen and are already exempt are also included in the calculation of the number of minors.
    those who assist patients admitted into healthcare facilities located within the municipal territory, namely one carer per patient;
  • i soggetti che assistono i degenti ricoverati presso strutture sanitarie del territorio comunale, in ragione di un accompagnatore per paziente;
  • il personale appartenente alle forze o corpi armati statali, provinciali o locali, nonché del Corpo Nazionale dei Vigli del Fuoco e della Protezione Civile che soggiornano per esigenze di servizio;
  • ogni autista di pullman che soggiorna per esigenze di servizio;
  • A tour operator every 24 participants, who provides assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies;
  • personnel employed by the hotel where they work;
  • the elderly, aged 65 and over, belonging to groups organised by local institutions, who are staying in hotels classified as 1 – 2 – 3 stars, with the exception of the months of July and August;
  • Those affected by 100% disability;
  • Those caring for a subjects with 100% disability, who receive compensation through check by INPS (National social security service) and INAIL (National Institute for work-related injury insurance), on the basis of one carer per subject;
  • foreign citizens seeking international protection who have arrived as a result of non-scheduled migration flows and are part of special national housing plans, as from the 25th September 2014.

WHOEVER REFUSES TO PAY

Those under obligation to pay the tourist tax to the manager of the accommodation facility and who refuse, are liable to refund the tax increased by the penalty of 30% in accordance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 471/97 as well as interest for late payment.

I decided to travel by train. How far is the station?

About 3 km. It is advisable to take bus no. 11 and get off at stop 16, which is located almost in front of the hotel.

Old Town is about 2.5 km

Is there a car park?

Yes, the hotel offers a private, fenced-in car park, subject to availability. It is not possible to book the same place all the time. If you have chosen a package formula that includes parking, this will be guaranteed depending on availability.

How can I reach the city centre?

Take bus no. 11 or simply use one of our bicycles.
